IIMM is governed by an elected National Council supported by a full-time Secretariat at IIMM House, Navi Mumbai.
IIMM's apex governing body
The National Council (NC) is elected from across the 52 branches and represents industry, public sector and academia. The Council sets policy, approves annual plans and budgets, and oversees the academic and member-affairs work of the institute.
Each of the 52 branches is led by an elected Branch Chairperson with a local managing committee, delivering programs and running signature events such as DISHA, SCALE, CRIMM and regional editions of NATCOM.
National Secretariat
Operates from IIMM House — academics, examinations, member services, finance, IT and publications.
Leadership of the Council
National President
Leads the institute and chairs the National Council.
Vice Presidents (Regional)
Senior VP and Regional VPs represent West, North, South, East and Central India.
National Secretary & Joint Secretaries
Manage governance, branch coordination and member affairs.
National Treasurer
Oversees finance, audit and statutory compliance.
Immediate Past President
Provides continuity and counsel to the Council.
